bread       07/20/06 08:20 AM Edit Reply Quote JustMe Reged: 06/29/06 Posts: 64 Loc: NY so i've been eating a lot of french bread as my soluble fiber meal base.. also rice.. are there any sandwhich shaped breads that are good? i am going away for the weekend and i am planning on bringing prepared food with me.. it would be easier to pack sandwhiches in the little sandwhich tupperware containers that i have... any suggestions?
