i'm ibs-c...i do the heather diet...i don't eat hardly any fat, i started taking flax seed pills and adding ground flax to things...miralax never did anything for me. i would talk to your doc about zelnorm. that's what i was put on. it get's you back to normal. it's not made to take forever. if you need more info www.zelnorm.com. it worked for me. also, try taking a pribiotic..i hear "primal defense" is a good one. you can get it online, at whole foods, gnc. there are a few "c" people in here that take that...good luck. i know how frustrating it can be.
