I found some bread at the local bakery that claims to have no oil, fat, sugar or salt added to it.
the ingredients are
wheat, malt, emulsifiers(481, 472(E)), Flour treatment agents(300, 510, 924), Enzymes(amylase). Water added.
this is a bakery located in australia by the way..
the bread tastes the same and looks the same as normal white bread.
any possible way I could make this type of bread at home?
also im hoping they arent using any artificial fats or anything like that...
