Wheat flour is soluble fiber. That's the flour that's in most pretzels, French and Italian bread, pasta (I think), pizza dough, and so on. Whole wheat flour is IF and must be eaten carefully, that is, with an SF base. The ingredient list should say "whole wheat" if that is what is meant.
