Peanut Butter       06/27/06 10:07 AM Edit Reply Quote jblake Reged: 05/20/05 Posts: 41 Loc: East Coast, USA I just found Smart Balance Peanut Butter at the local Food Lion. I hadn't seen it up until last week. I tried Trader Joe's Better than Peanut Butter and didn't like it. I think this is the best "healthy" one I've tried. It is rather high in fat but you can use just a little bit since it tastes so much better ( no trans fat though, like most p-nut butter). It is also lactose free, gluten free, and vegan.
