My doctor and nutritionist really didn't know how to help me--I was put on a prescription that gave me horrible cramping and bloating, and was relieved to be able to stop taking them when I started following the IBS diet. I do think it's important for us to have an online community to come to for help. None of my friends knows the extent of my "issues," and it makes a tremendous difference to be able to communicate with other people who understand. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
