I been eating the lentil beans and lima and they are ok for me. I want to try the black eye peas next. I was told I was IBS-c in Feb 2005 and that 1st year was the worst ever. I didn't know nothing about IBS until then, but the pain was so strong that I had to quit my job and haven't been able to go back to work since. I feel somewhat better but not good enough to be able to do the things I used to, like working outside the home. My BM are daily now, but not normal.
