I ate nothing but chicken and rice for a week prior to starting Heather's diet, and it worked wonders for me. (I read to do that somewhere, but I don't remember where! It was two years ago!) I also don't drink anything but water, which helps, but the juice suggestion isn't a bad one...I just don't like juice. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
