gluten intolerance and bread       06/14/06 07:18 AM Edit Reply Quote darby70 Reged: 05/15/06 Posts: 3 Loc: ohio i have recently discovered that i am gluten intolerant. i love bread and love to bake, but i am wondering if the flour blends out there that contain beans, sorghum, etc., will cause problems. i am IBS-C with serious gas and bloating. does anyone know if these flours will exacerbate my IBS? thanks shelly Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
