I just thought it was like a laxative, but after reading through a lot of the information, I know now, why I've had the bouts I've had. Eating and drinking all the wrong t hings in the wrong order! I was thinking cut out all carbs (big mistake of course). And, I have not had coffee for about 3 weeks and am following the Heather's diet and things have improved substantially.
