5-HTP and ibs updates?       06/09/06 09:10 AM Edit Reply Quote Miso Reged: 04/20/06 Posts: 559 Loc: Calgary, Alberta, Canada I read the previous posts about using 5-htp for ibs and was wondering if anyone had any updates on their successes or failures with it? I used to be on zoloft and it worked relatively well, have been off zoloft for a year and have made great improvements with diet and supplements but feel my body truly needs the extra serotonin availability, so i will be starting 5-htp in enteric coated from to minimize stomach discomfort, anyone have any advice or comments on the subject?
