I am in the Houston area...some of the soups in the authentic Mexican restaurants are workable. I usually do the fajita's and don't suffer as long as I stay away from the cheese. I also do OK with beans and rice and some of the salads.

When you identify your triggers, you will be able to eat pretty much anywhere with relative ease.
