I know they're both supposed to be no-no's, buuuuutttt I do sneak some now & then. I found some popcorn that said it was hulless & ok for people with diverticulitis, so I tried a teeny weeny bit, & it was pretty good. I don't know how to really describe it except it was tiny kernels & not as "hard/rough" as regular popcorn. Does that make sense? Also, I have a tiny glass of ginger ale sometimes if I'm feeling ok, & it doesn't bother me. Both of these I never do on a completely empty stomach of course!

I think that was more of a confession than help...lol
