Heh heh-- I second that! I have just begun introducing SF and a probiotic into my diet, in the futile hope they'll make my persistent IBS bloating problem go away.

So far, after 1 week on the probiotic, I am more bloated than ever. And even right after waking up in the morning, when my stomach used to be the tiniest bit more normal-looking. I can only assume that's because I take the probiotic at bedtime.

Anyway, I'm hoping it will subside soon. Only with the first dose did I have any gas. Does anybody know how long it takes for your body to get used to a probiotic?
