I am not a heavy drinker so I had to get use to this. I buy those 16oz water bottles and keep one with me all the time. Only 4 of those gives you the right amount. If that is too costly just buy a 6 pack and refill them (being sure to sanitize them) from your sink. We have bad water so I have to buy water. Be sure to count all your teas and whatever else you drink. a typical coffee cup is 10oz or more.
