Dude...64oz. in one hour will make you CRAZY BLOATED & uncomfortable (maybe not actually bloated, but you'll be feeling it for sure).
Just sip water constantly throughout the day. Carry a water bottle with you wherever you go. It's nowhere near as overwhelming to do this over the course of a day, as opposed to in one sitting. Seriously...drinking all at one time would be murder for anyone. Even those that drink TONS of water!
I'm not a drinker at all - so I'm not at the 64oz./day goal yet, but I've dramatically increased my liquid intake by doing this "gradual" method. I've tried to do 64oz. of liquid in one sitting - it was for one of the diagnostic tests. It was murder, and I peed non-stop for quite a while.
Drink water gradually...save yourself the trauma.

P.S. - tea & other healthy (natural - no soda!) liquids count towards the 64oz/day recommedation. If you get bored with water-only.
