64oz Water per day?!       05/25/06 12:11 AM Edit Reply Quote SoyToy Reged: 05/22/06 Posts: 4 I recently bought a water filter and want to increase my water intake. I saw that 64oz is the recommended amount. Is it safe to drink that amount in one sitting (like maybe in an hour?) I have a hard time drinking 8oz and an hour for 8 hours.
