Re: Saturday Night Treats       05/23/06 08:24 PM Edit Reply Quote Becca LG Reged: 04/07/06 Posts: 71 Loc: Minneapolis, MN I can tolerate about 3 drinks at most, if I've been taking care of my stomach up until that point, and keep drinking good teas or other precautions the day after. My drinks are usually beer (I always go for dark, yummm!) or red wine because I'm not a huge hard liquor fan and I drink mainly for the taste these days. That said, my tolerance has gotten so low recently that my 3 drinks, spread out over a few hours (ie a looong happy hour with friends) is plenty to keep me happily buzzed and to not hurt my tummy. Chocolate, on the other hand, I avoid completely. I'm not sure I'd have the willpower to stop after only a bite, and more would surely make me sick! -Becca -------------------- At least I've learned a lot about my body...
