It's so much sugar and I'd be drinking it all day long! So, are you planning on cutting out the citrucel altogether, eventually, and just taking the Acacia? I'm glad you gave it another try and that the Acacia is helping you. Thanks for all your comments. What fruits are helping you out? I think I eat enough IF. I have 2 fruits and 2 veggies a day. I don't eat skins though...like on an apple. Can you handle skins? I could increase the Citrucel faster than the Acacia too. Weird.
