I usually have some of that from time to time...the 70% cocoa stuff is very nice and not too bad on the tum in moderation...Im fine with cadburys chocolate too...and I am exactly like you with the yo yo weight issues and food for comfort...am STILL struggling with that one...I am going to se a dietician soo though so I am hoping that will be a motivational force to start eating better!!
Well done for resisting too much alcohol...I can usually handle certain drinks like bacardi and malibu with lemonade or cranberry juice or something like that quite well on a full stomach with preventative immodium. Thats what my plan for wednesday is anyways when I go out with my coursemates. Alcohol is definately an individual thing for some people they cant handle it full stop...but for some of us sinners(sinead, tommy you know who you are ) we will put up with the next day pain for a night on the tiles I think with IBS the most difficult and gradual thing to get used to is MODERATION....definately a key word that needs adding to my vocabulary!
