Im IBS-A, but lately I have been badly C. I really didnt want to take a laxative, and although I follow the IBS diet strictly, I was getting C so bad that it was really painful, so I was recommended to take a glycerin suppository laxative. I was really hesitant at first. But I LOVE them. They didnt make me go, they just made it easier for me to go. Also, no pain, cramps or bloating. Actually, it was very comfortable! I love the IBS diet, but sometimes when things get alittle too slow, I now trust the glycerin suppositories.
