It is so scary how people have almost been "brainwashed" by this fad diet stuff! It's scary really.

And people wonder why others struggle with anorexia etc. Our society puts too much emphasis on these diets. What ever happened to just plain healthy eating without high fat low carb, high carb low fat, etc etc etc.

And also - since when does a person put their "weight" and diet beliefs ahead of having attacks. They must not be that bad yet...sooner or later (unfortunately) she will have to do something or be a shut in!!
