Hi, today was my first day of work.
I have a question about how I can be a good employee, while at the same time keeping my stomach in good a condition as possible with IBS going on.

My IBS symptoms are mostly trapped gas, c, going to the bathroom many times a day all with incomplete motions.
I usually like to eat every 2-4 hours, and drink a lot of water, besides going to the bathroom often.

This is not the greatest match for working, because if you go to bathroom many times in public, it is more embarassing then at home, not to mention how this and having a snack can make you look as if you are not working.

At work today, I brought a snack, and was able to sneak it in.
I also in seven hours drank 32 oz of water in a jug.
The problem was going to the bathroom.
I went five times within a seven hour period.
A problem with this was, when I went, because the bathroom is small, cramped, and privacy is poor, I could not do a solid, and as a result, I was quite backed up due to it.
I anticipated this before I went to work, and tried to have Oat Bran and Benefiber before work so I could go to the bathroom at home, but did not go.

I would like to know if there is something I can do so I can be a good employee while not harming my stomach, because I tell you, the last thing I want is to be at the job with GI probs occuring.
Thanks.
