I didn't realize Kraft was part of General Mills. Thanks for clearing this up.

I checked out Rice Chex (and Corn Chex) and, yup, they both say "Not a significant source of dietary fiber". (web page) Thank goodness for that - Heather's Honey Glazed Snack Mix is one of my staples when my tummy is wobbly.

As for Honeycomb cereal, the Webpage I found says "3 grams of dietary fiber" per serving. It doesn't specify soluble or insoluble, but given the ingredients I'm betting there's too much IF for me when my IBS is flaring.

Maria, I hope you're doing well. And, Bob, I'm really glad I can't remember how the tune went or I'd have the jingle stuck in my head for days.
