For insoluble fiber:
-steamed veggies with white rice, pasta or potatoes are great. Veggie is a brand of food that makes a tasty soy parmesan to put on pastas and such. Introduce your veggies one at a time so that if you have an attack you will know what did it.
-I've never tried Zelnorm, I'm a D.
-I only use Heather's acacia fiber and it's fantastic.
