IBS-C Hi Beth, My BM's get like that if I drink too much water and don't eat enough IF. I agree with MCV, up you're IF intake. However, don't cushion it with too much SF as that will just tend to make you more C. I don't know about the Triphala. I've had better BM's since I stopped taking it, but I never was taking more than 1500 mgs, usually just 1000. I don't know what Dr.J said about it. Did he indicate that doses of 1000 or 1500 are useless?
