Embarrassing BM question       05/12/06 07:20 AM Edit Reply Quote Augie Reged: 10/27/04 Posts: 5807 Loc: Illinois I'm a C. I take Miralax and a bit of citrucel to help me go...and some triphala. Oh, and calcium/mag 2:1. The problem is, my BMs have all been incomplete, painful, and so messy! I use so much TP trying to clean up even after just a tiny amount because it's so incomplete and not firm. Is there a way to make them more complete and less messy? I always feel "dirty" and take baths all the time. I carry wet wipes with me everywhere. Is it too much to ask to just go to the bathroom and get most of it out without the horrible mess and incompleteness?
