I have actually always eaten a lot of breads and things (even back in the days of my struggle with anorexia) but now that so many people are on these stupid low-carb diets, I get a lot of people making comments such as "I wish I could eat all that bread but I'm on the Atkins diet.....". I think the diet itself is ridiculous and it drives me nuts to have people constantly commenting on it. I have also noticed a shift in restaurant menus toward the low-carb/high-fat foods.
