I've vented about this long ago but I really need to go at it again. I am getting so fed up with the low carb Atkins craze! It seems so many places I used to love to eat out at, now have high fat/low carb meals in place of the former lowfat ones they had that were perfect for my IBS!

When is this craze going to END?? My personal trainer says these fads come and go, and he said the pendulum will swing back toward moderation. But when you have IBS you can't wait for that.

I am worried I won't be able to get low fat or fat free foods that I've used for years now...like cooking spray, lowfat margarin, light sour cream, etc. ARGH! I already have to stop eating at two local restaurants because they eliminated the lowfat section of their menu and replaced it with high fat low carb/low fiber.
