FAO Augie       05/07/06 08:59 AM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered Hello Beth What is it about Stevia which is supposed to help the BM?? Is this help for d. or c.? I am in the uK and we cannot get Stevia here but I have just managed to get some samples from USA because I now have the added problem of Diabetes and I have really struggled to find something to sweeten my porridge in the morning (I used to have syrup!!). I replaced the syrup with a banana but my sugars are still too high on that so am now trying stevia hoping that I can order some on the net. If anyone can help me on that I would be very grateful - also I have noticed there are different types of Stevia and I do not know the best one to get taking into account my ibs.d and diabetes.
