You have good bacteria, and bad bacteria there in your digestive tract on a regular basis....even a MD will tell you that. The problem of candidas arises when that balance is somehow upset, for example BC pills, antibiotics, etc. Then the bad bacteria starts to overcrowd the good bacteria. Not everyone develops this problem but there are many people who do get it. Candidas is a lot like IBS - people will say it's all in your head. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
