I'm reading this post at 2am, I just woke up at 130 with sharp stomach pain and gas. it freaks me out, b/c I always get worried its a stomach bug and I start creating all sorts of anxiety stories in my head - that I'll end up in the ER which has happened a few times to me. I don't have this often, but it does happen occasionally. I also have been through all the tests to confirm IBS, twice actually. I'm sorry I don't have advice for you but at least know that you're not alone. Maybe try falling asleep with a hot water bottle on? How close to bedtime are you eating dinner? Dan
