"The Maker's Diet" by Jordan Rubin       04/28/06 01:10 PM Edit Reply Quote Life.Is.Random Reged: 03/06/06 Posts: 310 Loc: NJ Has anyone heard of this book called "The Maker's Diet" by Jordan Rubin? I'm thinking about trying the diet in there, because the author had a serious case of Crohn's diease that almost killed him, because he could barely keep his food in his digestive stystem. This diet literally saved his life (there are before and after pictures).
