Yes, I always do this. However, it takes so much work ..watch out because sometimes near the end of it I would become frusterated and start eating ..a lot, say if my period came or something. But I definately would not recommend this to anything with a previous or existing eating disorder, as I am 100% sure that it would trigger it. This is something, however, I cannot do too often because I also exercise rigorously, and I have a high metabolism so I would lose way too much weight.
