old question, new post about coffee       04/22/06 11:03 PM Edit Reply Quote snoopy101 Reged: 05/10/05 Posts: 36 Loc: Michiana USA I'm sure this has been asked many times, but now it's my turn. How do you wean off coffee? (My husband has never been offically diagnosed with IBS, but I know he could benefit from the diet.) If he was to quite cold turkey he would get caffiene withdrawl headaches and be very grumpy and I don't want to have to deal with that. The other thing is that he likes the of [u]taste[/u] coffee.
