A smoothie a day makes C go away?????       04/21/06 10:09 AM Edit Reply Quote MCV Reged: 01/04/05 Posts: 740 Loc: Manchester, NH Not sure if that's really the case, but it seems to be working. I have had terrible C since before Christmas (wierd bc I used to be more D). Anyway - last week I decided that I was going to try adding a smoothie to my diet every single day to see if that would help. Well let me tell you - I have never been more happy about BMs in my life!! I have gone almost every day since I started this! It must just be that I needed that extra IF dose! And for the most part they are normal stools - not too mushy and messy (TMI - sorry), but not too hard either. I am never ever ever going a day without a smoothie again!!!!
