You should be able to get it at Barnes and Noble or Borders in the medical section. It's generally shelved under diseases. It discusses what happens and has illustrations. It makes IBS very easy to understand. Maybe that would help them to see that this is a legitimate problem. Unfortunately many people don't understand or care to know anything about IBS.
