How long until I feel better?       04/18/06 07:00 AM Edit Reply Quote e_mcmaster Reged: 01/16/05 Posts: 520 Loc: Norman, Oklahoma Hi all. I started back on the IBS diet on Saturday morning. I'd previously eaten like crap for weeks. A few years ago, when I first discovered this, I felt better almost immediately (within a day or two). Now I don't feel any different at all - no change in bloating (which is horrendous) or pain yet. How long do you think it will take? I'm willing to stick it out... just wanted to get an idea. Thanks!
