By looking at it, u would think its for people who don't want to eat Lactose ... then i look at the ingredients ... "contains - milk". To me, it looks like this stuff is still cheese, but it contains LACTASE which is the enzyme that digests LACTOSE (the problem in lactose intollerant people). So this stuff is for the lactose intollerant of the bunch ... NOT IBSers ... I have had good luck with "Smartbeat" which is NOT cheese according to the ingredients. SO complicated !!!
