That said, I've found that most of Europe stocks soy milk and soy yogurt, you just may have to look a little bit - try things like the "bio" or "gesundheit" sections in the grocery store. There are also cookies called Speculoos/Speculatos that are the closest thing you can get to graham crackers (a bit higher in fat and fiber, but generally close enough).
