probiotic yogurt safe?       04/07/06 01:55 PM Edit Reply Quote MichelleB Reged: 07/30/05 Posts: 101 Loc: Ottawa, ON I have been reading lots on the benefits of eating yogurt that contains probiotics. I suffer from IBS-D and am 3 months pregnant. I am wondering if this is considered a safe food? Anyone try it? I live in Canada and the yogurt out on the market is called Activia.
