I've had that for years. I've only been on the paxil a few months. Paxil made me jittery in the beginning, but an entirely different kind of jitter. My specialist explained it's a physical reaction to the seratonin being adjusted and having your body (in depression) changed too. I'm being monitored very closely by my Doc.
