Today all my blood reports came back and they were very good but need to improve a few things. My good cholesterol went up 11pts, triglycerides dropped 51pts. My risk factor went from 9.0 down to 6.6!! Last August after being on this diet only 3 mo. my overall cholesterol dropped 60pts. My doc is very pleased with this diet. I still have to get my triglycerides down to normal range, under 200. Mine is 323 now and that's 51pts lower than 6 mo. ago.

I know I must bring my carbs down somewhat (I love carbs!)
I found through searching that soybean portein will help reduce triglycerides, eating 5g daily. I don't use many soybean products except milk and some cheeses. What else qualifies as soybean protein? Anything made with soybean? Hope I don't sound too dumb, sorry.
