It wasnt the best option for me. Also, as most of us have experinced the GI dr I went to gave me bad advice and I was eating all the wrong foods ! Ive been off the Zelnorm since Feb, I stopped it on my own, and I am know IBS-A. Go figure. I guess the Zelnorm is individual..
