Poorly wrapped bread       04/02/06 03:45 PM Edit Reply Quote Naturapanic Reged: 02/16/06 Posts: 856 Hi. I notice when I go to the store and buy bread, it works well for me. But I notice days later when I eat the bread, if it is untoasted, it can cause my gut to react in a not so nice manner. I wanted to know if there could be any reason why older bread, not toasted, could be this way as opposed to fresh or cooked bread.
