With any supplement, you want to start off with a small amount & then increase slowly. You may be taking too high a dose. your system needs time to be introduced to the acacia. Maybe try going to 1 teaspoon 2x a day & worling up from there. Increase every week. I know it doesn't seem to make sense, but this is IBS, so what does make sense? As for the prune juice, you can buy it at your grocerey store. I just drink it straight. Try it at room temp. How long did you leave the suppository in for?, It needs to be 15- 20 mins. I think. I'd try that if I were you, nothin to lose. I hope this helps.
