burning in abdomen       03/30/06 01:15 PM Edit Reply Quote wolfy9 Reged: 03/30/06 Posts: 3 Hello, i've been having this terrible burning pain in my abdomen/bowels for around two weeks now which is extremely annoying and painful. Usually i'd have this certain type of pain only 1 or 2 days out of the week, but it seems it's just inflammation that doesn't want to go away. Is there anything i could take to ease this other than Tylenol (helps a bit) or even prevent it? I'm 24 and had IBS for around 11 years and GERD for around the same time. I've been diagnosed with it from several doctors and they have yet to help me significantly. Meds: Nexium 40mg (1 in the morning) Herbs and Pro-Biotics: Digestive Advantage IBS (1 in the morning) Heather's Peppermint Caps (1 in the morning) Citrucel Tablets (4 a day) Chamomile Tea (During every meal) Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
