IBS and diabetes       03/29/06 10:47 PM Edit Reply Quote scarrlet86 Reged: 02/21/06 Posts: 29 Loc: California I'm in the process of being tested for diabetes, as I've been having many of the classic symptoms. I was wondering if anyone out there has diabetes, and how you manage both IBS and diabetes with diet? I can't eat so many of the products for people with diabetes as I simply can't tolerate artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols, and it seems like all the carbs I eat for the soluble fiber would be bad for diabetes.
