FIBRE - DOES IT REALLY WORK       03/28/06 06:01 AM Edit Reply Quote LivinginWA Reged: 01/22/06 Posts: 18 Loc: Western Australia Hey, I have tried benefibre, started out slow with 1 tsp twice a day, then after 2 weeks went to 2 tsp twice a day....and then 1 tablespoon twice a day...with the results making the diarrohea worse than it was before!! anyone else have this problem and what is it I am doing wrong....???
