Rice dairy alternatives       03/26/06 03:05 PM Edit Reply Quote scarrlet86 Reged: 02/21/06 Posts: 29 Loc: California I've been having a great time using the Rice brand dairy alternatives by Galaxy Nutritional foods. They have everything from cheeses in different forms to butter to sour cream, cream cheese, and even grated parmesean-like topping. I prefer these products to soy alternatives for a couple reasons. 1) I think I'm sensitive to soy sometimes, 2) They're usually lower in fat, and 3) the flavor of rice is much milder than that of soy, and doesn't gross you out if you taste it full on. I'd reccommend giving them a try if you've had any qualms with soy dairy alternatives, or if you're looking for dairy alternatives in general. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
